Documents to be submitted to the Technical Event Management for approval:

• Stand design for stands of 100m² or more
• multi-storey constructions
• special constructions
• high exhibits
  
  

Please refrain from submitting stand construction documents for Deutsche Messe system stands, as this is not required.

Submission of documents:

• Details in the subject line: Event, exhibitor, hall, stand number
• Detailed dimensioned floor plans and views with exhibit positions, special construction(s), additional information if necessary
• PDF format, if several pages, combined in one file, maximum 4 MB
• Submission by clicking on the button "ADD TO BASKET".

Please upload the stand sketches for the technical services (electrical/water supply etc.) in the shop under "My stand - My orders and offers at a glance" - "Attachments to orders".

Here's what you need to keep in mind:

• You have received a confirmation of participation from Deutsche Messe. 
• You must log in to the shop to upload your stand drawing.

If the service "Plan approval, stand construction permit" is activated, a button appears here that forwards you directly to the shop. There you can upload your stand construction drawing. 
To do so, click "ADD TO BASKET". You can then integrate your stand construction drawing on the next page.
